Yes you are right in almost every thing
I was in Costa Concordia in April 2009 in Europe trip I was shock from the Italian people am sorry to say that there was no polite no excuse me word bushing in food line taking a lot of food in their plates one.. time I was waiting to take a peace of carwason I was standing behind a man he took for him self the last 5 pieces of corwason and he lift nothing for me so I hade to wait 10 minuets or more to let the water bring new one it was like fighting in food area to find the good food and some kind of food finish before you can test it and some times we had to wait to find place to stay or we toke our plates to the room
I was really very nerves from that other wise the ship was new and boatful and some of the shows not all of them was great the staff was very friendly
