We just came back from our 2nd trip on Sunbird (Sunquest cruise - Airtours).
We were amazed to find that although our previous trip was way back in December of 2000, that 4 of the staff not only remembered us, but our names as well. It made our trip, let me tell you. The crew on that ship are amazing, by the way, and we returned because of the customer service we got from all. We filled out the customer survey and told them that. But who knows if anyone at the ship level reads it? They may just all go to head office. How the heck can staff remember a couple of faces amongst so many passengers??? I don't know how to contact that ship, or their customer relations dept. Any help out there? I would appreciate it. Happy Sailing and thanks to all the crew out there who make our trips memorable.
