age and interview questions

Dear Sir,
I am of Indian nationality and working as a bartender in the Officers club of the Royal Air Force of Oman for the past three and half years. And before I have worked in several hotel and restaurant. Now I am thirty five years of age. I am in good health and believe that I have a pleasant personality. My questions as follows:

1. Now can I get a job on cruise ship as a bartender on this age?
2. What are the likely questions that may be asked in an interview for the post of bartender?
