sending mail to crew

I was wondering if it is possible to send mail to crewmembers? What kind of information do you need besides their full name and ship they work on? Any information would help. Thanks.

That should be enough to do it but putting their department they work for also helps. Just send it to the main office of the cruiseline and they forward it on to them.
