Practical advice for a Barbadian resident seeking employment

Hi guys & gals,
I have been reading the postings and replies on this site and find them interesting, practical and informative. I am a Barbadian resident looking for work onboard a cruise ship.

1. Does anyone know if there are any companies in Barbados that hire on behalf of any cruise lines?

If not, to whom can I send my cover letter, cv etc. if I am seeking employment as a purser or cruise assistant.
