Seamans book

Hey there,

I have applied for a position in retail with a PA (HardingBros). They told me that I need to obtain a Seamans book and also a PST... I am pretty much confused because I did work for DCL before and we didn't need a seamans book. We did the PST on board but didn't get any certifcate...

Does anyone made the same experience and where did u get the book and the PST certificate?
