New to Princess

Hey Guys,
I need som answers if anyone can help.I've worked on ships for about six years first with CCL and RCCL.I left about two yrs ago and decide to return.I sent in my CV to Princess because I decided to try something different.I've always heard that Princess is not a bad cruiseline to work for.I have applied for a Junior Assistant Purser position.I worked with RCCL as a 3rd purser guest relations and then as a 2nd perser crew relations(payrol Purser).Do you think this will help towards my application.I am also from the westindies and RCCL is very diverse on crew requitment.Is that the same with Princess.Are the crew very diverse when comes to race.I love working with a multicultural crew,that's one of the things I admire about RCCL and CCL.I do hope Princess is the same.What is the pay and Living arrangements like for JAP on Princess,and also Guests Previlages.Please a response from anyone will do.Looking foward to hearing from you Guys.
