Hi Giorgia,
It's far better to work with harding brothers.I've worked on RCCL ships.working in Johny rockets is not very hard work but you can put in long hours also it's very likely that you will be placed in different areas where needed.Your position in Johny rocket will be a cafe attendant and maybe after a month or two they might or more likely will move you to the cafe promanade where there are no tips.I could go on an on but without a doubt go for harding brothers.

You will be working in the gift shops and on most cruiselines that's staff position and you might have passenger area privilages where as being a cafe attendant in Johny rokets you are classed as crew: no passenger area privilages. The commisions are a percentage paid to the staff of the shops based on the takings for the cruise. It's based on target. If the entire shops makes it target for that cruise you commision will be more than if the target is not met.But in any case you are guarenteed a commision anyway. With the tips it's different and it's all based on what the passenger decides.

All in all go for harding brothers.

Happy sailing
Joe
