So I had my interview in December 2006 in Toronto Ont and I got the offer for employment in the gift shops soon after that.
A couple of weeks later I got my uniform sheets to fill out

But I still have not got a ship assignemnt .... I am just wondering if anyone can fill me on how long they waited ...I really can't wait to go
I have been on ships before but not as an employee

Also can anyone tell is there a standard port that an newbie will leave from or a particular cruise route ?

There are so many questions I have pls help
