Default Experience?

Just how much experience do you need to make cruise staff?
Im not applying yet but by the time i do i should have achieved this.

BTEC National diploma in travel and tourism,
summer work as a holiday rep,
Part of guest dance troupe on MSC Armonia,
Good/conversational Italian,
basic french,
basic german,
Fluent english obviously,
and various other stage expierience,
plus 11 GCSE grades C and above

It may not sound like much do you think this would be enough?
Ive tried doing research but cant find anything on it.

Also is there a kind of stereotypical 'Look' that they go for in this position, it may sound silly but alot of jobs are largely based on your appearence.

help appriciated thank yoooouuuu

It can wary a lot. In NCL I think they require a college degree, even though I've known a lot of cruise staff that didn't even finish high school.

The only way to find out is to apply and see how it goes.

Good luck to you
