Default Recommended cruise lines, agencies, etc. for a new comer?

I am seeking general information regarding those cruise lines which have provided previous employees as pleasant an experience as one could expect during the course of a 110 hour work week.

Your responses are very much appreciated. Thank you.

I would steer very clear of agencies, as they will cyphon what money you do make away very quickly. Also keep in mind that most companies would rather hire non USC's unless you are looking for a cruise staff , Tech, or musician, position.
