What sort of experience do you have? Also, what is your compensation package like?
THERE WASNT MANY QUESTIONS. THE JOB FAIR CONSISTED OF WATCHING A VIDEO ABOUT NCLA WITH A POWERPOINT. AFTER THE VIDEO EACH PERSON WAS "INTERVIEWED". I WAS INQUIRING ABOUT AN ASSISTANT MGR POSITION, AND SHE LOOKED AT MY RESUME AND SAID I WASNT QUALIFIED ENOUGH. SHE OFFERED ME A SERVER POSITION AND SAID THERE WAS PLENTY OF ROOM FOR PROMOTIONS. I TOOK THE POSITION AND AM WAITING FOR MY RESPONSE...
EXPERIENCE: I HAVE FINE DINING SERVING- 3 YEARS. MANAGEMENT- ALMOST 2 YEARS IN AN ITALIAN BISTRO
COMPENSATION: $9.85/HOUR ($14.77 OVERTIME) + TIPS. ITS EITHER A 4 OR 5 MONTH CONTRACT, THE INTERVIEW WAS LAST WEEK WEDNESDAY
