anyone with contact info

I was wondering if anyone had any contact numbers for working on a cruise ship. I want to work in the daycare part.

Go to the website of the line you want to work for. Click on their jobs, human resources, join our team, etc. page and go from there. Typically you'll be asked to fill out an application and/or send in a copy of your resume. Plan on attending a jobfair or atleast meeting for someone for an interview before being offered any position.
