harding bros. salon

I was wondering if anybody here has been hired by Harding Bros. for the shipboard salon positions? I have my cosmetology license for the state of california, but no in-salon experience. I applied and they requested I send my license, which I did yesterday, but I wanted to know if anybody else has been hired without in-salon experience.

Also, anything you could tell me about the training or what it's like working for them would be very much appreciated.
