Default C1D Visa

I’m applying for my C1D visa and am about to fill in the visa application form DS-156 on the web.
I might be a bit stupid but I am not sure what to put when they ask for the address where you will be staying at in the states? The name of the person you will be staying with and how long will you be staying in the USA?
As obviously I will be on a cruise ship I am not sure what to fill in for these parts or whether to leave them blank.
I was hoping somebody who has already gone through this process in the UK could give me some advice.
They warn you on the embassy website that if you fill in the application wrongly you will have to reapply so I want to make sure I don’t mess it up!

Thanks

I used to put the cruise line address (NCL). Of course that only applies if the cruise line is US based.
