how to start for asian

i'm from malaysia, a south east asia country. i'm trying to look for a job on board but i'm confused. Most of the cruiseship company are base in europe or us, the local cruise company in my country only travel in the region but i wish to travel to other place out of asia. is there a international cruise that embark from asia such as singapore or thailand without having to fly to europe?
how can i go for interview since there's no job fair here and all the agents & interviews are not in my country? can anyone provide more info for me and the asian? thanks
