Seabourn vs Crystal

Hello,

I am currently working for Seabourn, but a little keen on joining a bigger ship and thinking about Crystal. Would be interesting to hear from current or past crew memebers your opinions on crew accomodations and facilities, pay etc, how are you finding it compared to other cruise lines and would you recommend?
