Very good question. Many of the positions that used to be filled by consultants/guest lecturers are now filled internally. I suspect this is true for wine tasting since the mainline cruises would be pitching their own stock, purchased by their own folk. Smaller, specialty, upscale lines might carry consultants for small lot, regional, or exotic wines? Might check longer cruises on top shelf midclass ships, say HAL's Rotterdam, Cunard, P&O, and then the more intimate lines?
