Get Together with a crew member?

So what are the chances of getting together with a crew member during your cruise? Is it possible? Are they allowed too?

hooking up with crew members

it's against our contracts and the rules of the cruise lines to be involved with a guest, either on the ship or on shore. I;ve seen many people get fired for it!
