In The Process Of Being Hired On Board NCLA Seeking Advice!

Hello All!
I'm hoping to find individuals who are also in the process of being hired with NCLA, or who have been hired with NCLA and would like to share insight.

For those who are playing the waiting game like myself - go to the recruitment fair...get offered a position...take the medical exam...apply for twic (transportation worker identification credential)...apply for the mmc (marine merchant credential)...wait for the call for training...
I would love to hear from you and connect as we might be working together during the same time- and it would be great to start the job already knowing a few people!

My position will be as a Seasonal Youth Counselor (by the way).

For those people who have already been on board the ship- or who have gotten a date for training- I would love to hear from you regarding how long the entire process took, and any advice or info you might want to share.

Finally for the people who are just starting this process- feel free to ask me any questions and I would be happy to share what my experience has been up to this point--maybe I can be of some assistance!
