harding brothers

i have apply to harding brothers for over 1and a 1/2 now for spa dpt. and i have send everthing they ask for and now i waiting for a telephone interview for almost two yeas now and evertime i call or e-mail they say that that they a very busy and i have knowing people who apply after me for the same position and they got call and everthing think i would like to know if there is anyone who i can talk to about this if i did not ant the job i won't apply for it plus i have all the exper they ask for so i dont know what else to do.
