Sent application to Harding Brothers...how long should I wait??

Hi everyone,

I sent an application to Harding Brothers for a Shop Assistant position via their online application about two weeks ago and haven't hear anything back yet. Was thinking of sending a follow-up email to see how my application is going, is it too early still, or does the lack of response mean I've been rejected? Has anyone else applied to Harding Brothers? How long do they take to respond? Any info regarding employment through Harding Bros would be greatly appreciated.
