Hey guys, I'm wondering when employee arrival is in Miami in January for employees getting ready to start their new 8 month term. I know the employees arrive in Miami and then spend the night in a hotel before receiving their new ship assignments. Hoping to swing by and catch up with a few people before they begin their new contracts. Thanks.

most cruise lines overnight their crew the day before they join. so just look at a cruise calendar to see when the ships are in and it would be the day before.

Thanks for the repy sz. I was told that some of the employees for Carnival arrive in Miami and then receive an assignment that requires them to fly to another port in the country. Can anyone talk about this?
