Default Medical

firstly I'd just like to say I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place theres that many different sections here I struggled to decide

secondly this is a VERY strange question BUT.....

The medical certificate which you have to get to be able to apply for work on a cruise ship how thorough is the examination? The strange part is that I have a very abnormal fear of getting naked in front of anyone VERY STRANGE i know but I've never since whenever I started dressing myself got undressed near other people! It's obviousely not a good thing and I have no reason why but it's stopped me from getting a girlfriend and people thinking I'm weird on more than one occasion, I just wish I was scared of spiders or something normal :-D

Hi. I just went for my medical for my Princess job. The medical was an easy thing. They will do the basic such as your hearing, blood pressure, blood test etc. The only time I was ask to remove my clothes was when I had to get an ECG ( for the heart ). The other is the chest xray. I was given a gown to put on when I did it.

Not too sure the type of job or position but I don't think that you have to strip naked or anything. Not even the turn and cough test. Hope this helps. If you have any questions about medical, just ask since I just went through it

I did a medical once, with a paralyzed hand from elbow surgery, and not only did he not notice the scar, he didn't notice that my hand was paralyzed. I didn't have to get naked either...and I'm sure you won't either.

Until you're onboard sharing a cabin...I think this experience will be good for you. You were born naked, and no matter what you look like. If you think you're ugly, you're ugly. If you think you're God's greatest creation, then you are. Honestly. If you have negative body issues...they'll get flushed out pretty fast on a ship in close quarters. I think it'll be great! Be proud of who you are, you're beautiful.

We all have body issues...but that's just our messed up society. Don't fall for it. Doctors are also professionals, and there should be no reason to feel ashamed....but I doubt they'll go that far.
