Great job in including a forum for crew members, or people interested in what it's like to work on ships! I worked on ships, and when I got home, I tried to start a cruise-related website. I didn't have enough time or money to spend on it to get it going..so I kind of let it go. I actually went back to go work on ships!

But, when facebook started, I thought it was pretty good at connecting people, and I created a group for crew members. Now it has almost 8000 people in it, and there are loads of discussions, photos and resources. People see old friends again, keep in touch, share photos...and I think it's great that you're doing this here, and I wish you the best.

Yeah, but good luck posting anything honest, or controversial on it. This is important, because we get to be honest here. I like it. I don't feel like I need to water down what I'm saying, and I can actually give you useful info here.

If you want to read corporate propaganda, then yeah...go to the company sponsored groups. RCI has some as well.
