Medical question

Hi everyone!!

I need my medical exam to work in a celebrity cruise. A few months ago I found out I have HPV Human papillomavirus, but I don´t have damage, I don´t have a treatment and don´t have to take any medicines. You think I would pass the medical exam??

I wouldn’t think that it will be a problem approximately 20 million American are infected with HPV, it’s very common and as long as you don’t have any complications I can’t see why it would prevent you from passing a medical screening.

I don't even think it is anything you would have to mention. I only mentioned conditions I am taking medication for.

I originally had a weight issue and I contacted the medical centre to find out if I woul fail and they were very helpful and encouraged me to get my weight down under a certain BMI. Also, I contacted the cruise company medical team and asked for advice. Five months later, and 44 lbs lighter, I contacted them again and they said I woul pass, which I did... on Monday!!!

If it is a problem, contact the company directly (without your details) and find out. But my guess is, that HPV is not something they test for and therefore, shouldn't stop you from getting an assignement.
