I have a friend that is working in the gift shop onboard one of the cruise lines. He has been onboard over 4 months and and signed a contract for a certain percentage base on sales. Recently they were all told that they have to take a percentage cut and was forced to sign a new contract or else they would terminate them if they refused to do so. He had no choice but to sign the new contract. My question is if this is legal and if there is anything he can do to fight this.
