Corporate Trainer, Training and Development Manager
Hello, everyone!
I would like to work as a corporate trainer on a cruise ship or at least that's how they call the position in CCL. I have been struggling for some time to find some more information regarding this position but there is very little info in internet. The other problem is that I am from Eastern Europe and most of the recruitment agencies are either in Canada or in USA. None of the recruitment partners here at home has information regarding this position.
I know it would be a difficult task for me but I do not want to accept that it is impossible.

Please, if anyone has something to share, I will be very grateful!

Look at

Human Resources - Royal Caribbean Shipboard Careers

About Hiring Partners - Royal Caribbean Shipboard Careers - you should be able to choose your country/hiring partner and go from there . . The Seven Seas Group is a US partner that also is in Europe - they would probably be your best source for accurate info

The Cruise Ship Diploma course will support your application for any type of position on board because the modules give you the essential training that any new crew member entering the industry needs to know and understand before working on board.
