Corporate Trainer, Training and Development Manager

Hello, everyone!
I would like to work as a corporate trainer on a cruise ship or at least that's how they call the position in CCL. I have been struggling for some time to find some more information regarding this position but there is very little info in internet. The other problem is that I am from Eastern Europe and most of the recruitment agencies are either in Canada or in USA. None of the recruitment partners here at home has information regarding this position.
I know it would be a difficult task for me but I do not want to accept that it is impossible.

Please, if anyone has something to share, I will be very grateful!
