What kind of C.V. are the recruitment agencies looking for? there are a lot of different styles. are they looking for a short 1 page or more explanatory multiple page cv?
I'm thinking of applying for a job in youth staff or bar tending.
If you are American then I would go for the youth counselor. They are looking for experience first and foremost, secondly they are looking for someone who can commit to the job.
They look for enthusiasm.
They do not want someone who is unsure about wanting the job, who asks a lot of questions about the food, etc.
Most bartenders they hire have TONS of experience, like Tom Cruise in "Cocktail"

May I very respectfully suggest that you employ a spell checker when you prepare your CV and cover letter.
