I am eager to work on cruise ship in a position of an assistant crew purser but I don't have any previous experience. I just graduated in maritime management. I have sent emails direct to companies but nobody responded (I think that's because I just wrote that i want to work as crew purser, not assistant). Can you please tell me what I need to do to get an interview? I tried with agencies in my country, but they only offer services in f&b department.
