Is Youth Staff position in Royal or NCL better?

Hi,

I have accepted for Youth Staff position in Royal Caribbean. And I am waiting for my contract!

Previously I have kind of worked in NCL Well just for one week because of some medical problem. And they sent me back and told me to wait for one year to get medically cleared.

Here is the deal; right now I am waiting a contract from Royal which hiring partner told should be soon and I may have possibility to go back to NCL after 15th of December.

I was wondering if you guys have know which one is better? Regarding ship life and youth staff conditions.

I would really appreciate if you can help me.

You have a job with RCL - I would stay with the sure thing, Plus RCL has more & bigger ships, therefore you have more job opportunities and more chances to go to Europe, etc.

This is assuning the pay & benefits are about the same, which I don't personally know.
