DOD - CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

1. TODAY'S COCKTAIL: CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

2 oz champagne
1 lump sugar
Angostura bitters
orange slice
twist of lemon

In serving glass saturate sugar lump with bitters. Pour champagne
over combination, add ice cube, slice of orange, lemon twist, and
serve.
