We had second seating to. It worked out well for us except we were never really hungry for the midnight buffet. Dinner in the restaurant usually lasted 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Everything was delicious, but certainly not middle america type food. We were kind of craving our Outback Steakhouse when we got back home. Everything was spectacular and presented just as well. I can't remember the number of courses each evening, but we did start with a basket of fresh breads with those amazing breadsticks. I remember an appetizer, then soup, entree, and then dessert, but can't remember if there was anything else. I see on the internet, they now have a cheese course. We didn't have this luxery except in the Olympic restaurant. Be careful though with this. They give you the choice of mild, medium or sharp. I ordered mild thinking cheddar, swiss, gouda and the like. It was actually Brie, blue cheese, etc. I couldn't have even imagined what sharp would be like. I hope you enjoy the whole experience! Even the buffet restaurant has the breadsticks. By the way, don't miss the Mango Cheesecake. They only served it once on our cruise and I could have eaten it with every meal.
