Default Mega-liner Best food?

Which mega-ship do you think has better food? Grand Princess, Voyager Class..??

Maybe it's not specifically the ship, rather the cruise line. If that be the case I would love some feedback as well.

Thank you

You need to sail on Carnival's Holiday for the absolute best food at sea.

We sailed on Celebrity Millenium two years ago and still remember the meals. Absolutely amazing. The alternative restaurant is wonderful and I had possibly the best roast beef I've ever tasted at the lunch buffet. From what I've read in reviews, Celebrity gets the nod on cuisine...so we're going again. December on Summit. Bottom line, if it's food you're after nothing comes close to Celebrity without paying for the really high end cruises like Crystal.

Chazaroo, I also just came off the Summit.

I would like your opinion of the dining room food on the Millenium versus the Summit.

I thought the Horizon was better than the Summit, but I'm going on the Millenium next year and am curious.

For food it's carnival hands down! They are way ahead of the rest. Have been on 4 different cruise lines going from worst to best:

NCL - Just nasty
Princess - You call that food?
RCCL - It would be good if it didn't all taste so bland.
Carnival - WOW, Can I get some more of that!

The best we have had so far is on the Celebrity Mercury, it was delicious every night, every meal! We did not want to leave the dining room...........

The worst so far had been on the RCI Navigator of the Seas...........not super horrible, but not good. The steak on steak & lobster night was the WORST steak I have ever had.
But I don't blame the entire line, the food on the RCI Enchantment of the Seas was VERY good.

Carnival Fantasy - 9/28/1997
Celebrity Mercury - Thanksgiving Week 1998
Royal Caribbean - Enchantment of the Seas - 9/29/2001
Royal Caribbean - Navigator of the Seas - 9/27/2003

I've been on RCI's Vision of the Seas and the Star Princess. The food in the dining room was much better on the Vision, which surprised me.
