LOBSTER or CRAB BISQUE
Substitute either crab or lobster
4 Tablespoons butter
1/4 cup Harvey's Bristol Cream
6 cups heavy cream
2 cans [15 ounces each] tomato sauce
2 cans [6 ounces each] tomato paste
2-3 Tablespoons Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
2 Tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
3 cans [6 ounces each] crab meat or one pound fresh lump crab meat
Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add Harvey's Bristol Cream and cook for one minute. Add cream, tomato sauce, tomato paste, Old Bay Seasoning, parsley, and Tabasco sauce. Stir until smooth.
Add crab meat (lobster) and heat through.
