Fees

I am going on my first cruise in March on RCI and I noticed that some of the restaurants have a $20 fee. Does this mean they charge you an extra $20 to eat there?

I am also going on a cruise in March (Brilliance of the Seas). They call these restaurants; alternative restaurants. On the Brilliance, the restaurants are Portofinos and Choppes. Yes, you do have to pay an additional $20 pp and make reservations for these restaurants. it is also advised that if you want to eat at these establishments that you make your reservation ASAP.
