We were on Carnival Conquest last year (Aug) and had I think it was the flourless Choc. cake! it was incredible--i wasn't on a diet it just sounded good so i ordered it. it was very hard to eat the whole thing as a couple of bites was enough because it was sooooooooo rich!! i think i remember splitting it at least for the 2 of us and if i'm not mistaken our table mates had a couple of bites too. --just tooooooo much of a good thing!!!

I tried the raspberry creme brulee on the Carnival Glory and it was heavenly! Really, really delicious...

Warm chocolate cake on RCCL, and Chocolate Lava or Melting Cake on Carnival. . . .just gained 10 pounds thinking about them.

I agree with Mike-Suz Chocolate Melting Cake is the best I will be having some in less then a month. 8) All these posts and no pictures. We need pictures these are mid night buffet pictures from Carnival Elation.

That is the hardest part losing 10 pounds before the cruise so you can gain 10 pounds on the cruise and still have your clothes still fit.

I marvel at the creativity of these pastry chefs - the Chocolate Extravaganza on the Celebrity "Summit" was amazing not to mention,
delicious!! One of my favorites is from Costa Cruises - little marzipan
cookies with pastachio nuts and drizzled with chocolate - I think I took all
I could find that nite !!!!
