We were on Carnival Conquest last year (Aug) and had I think it was the flourless Choc. cake! it was incredible--i wasn't on a diet it just sounded good so i ordered it. it was very hard to eat the whole thing as a couple of bites was enough because it was sooooooooo rich!! i think i remember splitting it at least for the 2 of us and if i'm not mistaken our table mates had a couple of bites too. --just tooooooo much of a good thing!!!

I marvel at the creativity of these pastry chefs - the Chocolate Extravaganza on the Celebrity "Summit" was amazing not to mention,
delicious!! One of my favorites is from Costa Cruises - little marzipan
cookies with pastachio nuts and drizzled with chocolate - I think I took all
I could find that nite !!!!

Anything other than chocolate usually gets my attention, but this one SCREAMED off the page, and was delectable! (sp?)
Grand Marnier Souffle with vanilla sauce- Carnival Imagination (do cruise lines share/sell recipes to each other? I see that a previous poster noted that RCI had this several years ago)
