We were on Carnival Conquest last year (Aug) and had I think it was the flourless Choc. cake! it was incredible--i wasn't on a diet it just sounded good so i ordered it. it was very hard to eat the whole thing as a couple of bites was enough because it was sooooooooo rich!! i think i remember splitting it at least for the 2 of us and if i'm not mistaken our table mates had a couple of bites too. --just tooooooo much of a good thing!!!

Any dessert - that is when I'm sharing it with my wife at the end of the day sitting on the verandah clothed in comfortable terry cloth robes.

Mmm, just thinking about it makes me...

katlady,
Here I've been thinking that you are so nice. And now you subject me to torture. Horrible turn of events!

That is the hardest part losing 10 pounds before the cruise so you can gain 10 pounds on the cruise and still have your clothes still fit.

I marvel at the creativity of these pastry chefs - the Chocolate Extravaganza on the Celebrity "Summit" was amazing not to mention,
delicious!! One of my favorites is from Costa Cruises - little marzipan
cookies with pastachio nuts and drizzled with chocolate - I think I took all
I could find that nite !!!!

Default Not a Chocolate Fan

Anything other than chocolate usually gets my attention, but this one SCREAMED off the page, and was delectable! (sp?)

Grand Marnier Souffle with vanilla sauce- Carnival Imagination (do cruise lines share/sell recipes to each other? I see that a previous poster noted that RCI had this several years ago)
