Default Room Service menu

It has been many years since I have been on a cruise. My question is has the room service menu changed on Carnival. I can remember stale potato chips and a chicken sandwich on white bread. Please tell me that has changed. And can you order pizza delivered to your cabin. Thankyou

You can't get pizza on room service. I remember ( on Carnival) that they had several types of sandwiches on different breads, salads, fruit and veggie platter. As well as cookies and danishes. Plus coffee and juices. All seemed pretty good.
Have a great cruise all!!

Nope, but you can just run up and grab some pizza to take back to your room.

BLT's rock! =o)
Our nightly treat was a BLT and either the dessert of the day or cookies and brownies with choc. milk. I think this is the menu, or atleast what I can remember of it.

Sandwhich- served on your choice of breads (white, wheat, rye, bagel, english muffin)
BLT, Ham and Cheese, Cheese, PB and J- there were a few others as well

Shrimp Salad Sandwhich
Foccia w/ grilled veggies
Roast Beef w/ Brie
Chicken Q. Wraps
Cheese and Bean wraps
And a few others

All come with potato salad, chips, pretzels or slaw

Cookies and Brownies
Dessert of the Day
Veggie Sticks with Dressing
C. Salad with or without chicken
and a few others

Milk, skim milk, choc. milk, tea, iced tea, coffee

Oh yes they have. I enjoy Carnival's room service. Besides good food offerings, they are SO quick! Every morning when I order coffee/Danish, it's there within 5 min.

The roast beef and brie on baguette is absolutely wonderful! The crudites w/bleu cheese dressing is great for mid-aftn. snacking! You can add lemonade to the beverage list. And - I even asked for a cappuccino last September, and it was delivered along with my sandwich! What a surprise.

Glory had excellent room service menu. We loved the roast beef w/ brie on a baguette. Kids always had the ham and cheese sandwich, and desert of the day. Much better selection that Celebrity.

We took the advice from other posters and took a soft sided collapsable (sp) cooler and ordered the roast beef and brie/ham and cheese etc. sandwiches the night before and put them in the fridge (if you ask your room steward they will remove all the contents from the fridge and there will be plenty of room(remember to bring sandwich size ziplock bags or saranwrap - didn't think of this the first time and couldn't wrap the sandwiches) to take with us when we just went to the beach for the day. We also snagged some fresh fruit from the buffet, refilled out bottled water from the tap and chilled it in the fridge.

Great money saver, great food and didn't have to worry about finding something the kids would like once we were at the beach.

One of the best tips I've gotten from the boards.
