Default Paradise dining

Do menu's stay pretty much the same from one week to the next? I've seen the menus from previous guests and am just wondering if it's likely many of the listed items will be served on my sailing. It all sounded so good!

Also, what are the MUST TRY items on this ship, in the dining room or elsewhere?

It's pretty much a standard menu...... I usually have the three peppercorn steak, lobster, and filet mignon. Their caesar salads are also great. My family usually has escargot (I don't like the idea of eating snails though) and we always have shrimp cocktail when they serve it.
For dessert of course we always have the hazelnut creme brulee, chocolate and grand marnier souflees.
