It depends on what you like. If you want to see the Baked Alaska parade, the introduction of the kitchen staff and dine with the same people at the same table at the same time with the same wait staff. Go with traditional.
On the other hand if you want flexibility in the times you eat and with whom you eat (by yourself or with others) you might like the anytime dining. The menus are the same and the wait staff are good in all the dining rooms.
We've done both and both are fine. Just enjoy your cruise.
