Just got off the RCCL's Explorer of the seas last week. On the last night, they served this AWESOME banana crunch mousse-like , almost frozen dessert with a caramel sauce. i don't remember the name of the dessert, but would love the recipe. Does anyone know where I can obtain the recipe for this little bit of heaven?
Do you think it would have been called Banana-Pistachio Strudel with Rum-Raisin Sauce? If so, a website I found said it is in this cookbook: Royal Caribbean International Cookbook. I couldn't find the actual recipe, though.
