We found the food in the dining room to be excellent. Lots of variety and loads of flavour. Everything was cooked to perfection and served hot to our table. We were not all that impressed with the breakfast buffet, but weren't expecting much either. We had breakfast in the restaurant once and it was fabulous (we were just in too much of a hurry the other days). The poolside grill was OK too but nothing to write home about.

We didn't eat in the specialty restaurant but another couple at our table did. They liked the food in the diningroom better.

One thing I HIGHLY recommend (aside from the escargot which was a dream!) is at least one visit to the Martini bar. A must on this ship. The bartender Sudi (famous on this board and others) is so wonderful I can't say enough about him or his martinis.

Have a fabulous time!

We thought the Constellation's food was superb, and we ate in the main dining room every evening. I liked the fat that there was a low fat choice for every course, which helped me keep to my diet. My husband ate everything he wanted and usually ate my dessert as well.

We usually ate breakfast at the buffet and I loved all that fresh fruit and bread. Hubby ate his fill of the meats. I would do the same again.
