Carnival Menu help for diabetic

I was doing some research on Carnival menus and saw a post that Seven Day Carnival Itineraries use same menus. Can any recent cruisers post what they recall, or any up coming sailing do some homework for us and report back the menus that Carnival post each night.
Just wanted to add, not that I don't enjoy a surprise of what they are serving each night, I will be traveling with my father just diagnosed diabetic type II and want to help research some food choices ahead of time and still see what is overall available!

If you call Carnival Guest Services, they will mail you a copy of the menus for the week. Tell them your circumstances. They sometimes have special menus for certain conditions. You should also let your TA or whomever you booked with know....they usually ask at booking if you have any dietary special needs. Good luck.

Thanks for the great suggestion, I did not know they could mail menus out. I will call closer to cruise time in case menus are changed.
