seating

My travel agent said that the early seating is booked. I am traveling with a child and need to have the early seating. Is there a way of being wait listed for this seating. Do I just talk to the maitre d on arrival? Any info apppreciatied.. thanks dee

Both of those are options on RCI. Neither guarantee accommodation, though. (If you're travelling during a school holiday, you may encounter more of a problem getting early seating than during other times of the year, from what I understand.) Worst case scenario, if the waiting list never actually clears, you could rely on alternative dining choices if you wish, such as the buffet or room service.

If you can't get your time changed, just take the child to the buffet, then send him/her to the children's program and eat in the dining room for late seating - I'm sure you will both have a great time.

Just talk to the Maitre D when you get on board, I don't remember the dining room ever being totally full.
