Themed Restaurants aboard the Sapphire

Although my family and I found the food to be excellent aboard the Sapphire Princess, we were a bit disappointed to find that the menus in the 4 "themed" restaurants were identical to one another each night. We only dined in them 2 of the 7 nights, choosing the Horizon Court buffet for more variety. According to the review I read on this sight, the themed restaurants had different menus. This must have changed since the review was written.
