Not so tasty...

I recently came back from the Carnival Miracle and found some of the food rather bland. It almost seemed like they did not believe in salt and pepper. They did, however, believe in heavy cream sauces flooding the whole dish.

We've also found this on all the ship's we've been on! They try to keep everyone happy by serving "bland" food. We've also found that everything is very over-salted for our taste .

We just "go with the flow" and try not to worry about it too much!

After all, it's a vacation and I don't have to cook !

It's been a while for me, but I distinctly remember the desserts on Carnival being quite bland. I was worried about indulging in too many sweets while cruising, but as it turned out, none of them were worth eating.
