How are Dinner Wines Served on Princess?

How is wine served in the dining rooms on Princess ships ------- do you purchase a glass, a carafe, a bucket or half bottles, bottles, magnums barrels?

I think they are basically the same on all ships. You can get just a glass if you want or you can purchase a bottle and dont finish it in one night they will recork it and store it for you.

We sailed the Princess Diamond. The TA had a voucher for a bottle of wine waiting for us. It wasn't a very good wine, so the waiter said we could 'upgrade' to any other and pay the difference (the bottle from the TA was about $15). Only my friends drinks, so she would have 1 glass each night with dinner. They recork it and bring it back each night at dinner.

And - as usual the wines available by the glass are on a short list. The best deal on wine by the glass was on the RCI Navigator which had a wine cafe with a huge selection of wines by the glass.
