Hello guys,
This is my first time posting here but I'd be so grateful if you could help me.
I'm an amateur bodybuilder so I pay a lot of attention to what and how much I eat. In a few months I'm probably going to work for Costa Cruises as a waiter but, before accepting the job, I need to know if the following foods are freely available for their workers (or on cruise ships in general, whatever the company is) in a raw form and if I can cook them myself:
- eggs
- rolled oats
- skimmed milk
- almonds
- walnuts
- whole grain bread, pasta, cereals
- beans, lentils, chickpeas, peas
- turkey/chicken breast and/or loin
- extra vergine olive oil
- cottage cheese
- artificial sweeteners
