Variety?

I'm looking for a premium cruise line with great food along with variety. I have been reading that Celebrity or Holland America is the way to go, however the menus aren't as diverse. I don't want just steak and potatoes. I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thanks

I found Holland's (HAL'S) menus quite diverse. For years, their cooking style was primarily French, but it seems they have expanded beyond that. For example, I've had venison stew on HAL, a lamb "peasant" dish that was amazing, creative use of fish, etc., etc.
The only one I don't care for much is Princess, but that's just me.
